Warranty, Repairs & Service
All our pedals are covered by a one-year limited warranty. This means that, if the product fails during that period due to defects in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost to you.
The warranty is also covered as part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
What is covered and what isn’t
The warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended – in other words, using the correct power supply and following the instructions provided with the pedal and/or on our website.
This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, loss or theft, damage caused by misuse or wilful damage, unauthorised modification or repair, improper storage, lightning or natural disasters.
Great Eastern FX Co. Ltd will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. In no event will we be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product.
What happens next
This warranty covers the repair of your pedal (or replacement with a suitable alternative) and return shipping back to you. You are responsible for shipping the pedal back to us.

You should include your name, address and details of the item you want to return. We will then issue you a Returns Number and instructions for returning your item.
