Shipping & Returns

Shipping information


Once we have received your order, we will endeavour to ship your pedal out to you as soon as possible. Orders received before 1pm GMT will generally ship the same day. Orders received after 1pm will ship on the next working day. Our “working days” are Monday to Friday.

Your pedal will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for international orders. International deliveries will be completed by your national mail carrier.

*Please note that international deliveries may be subject to additional customs and import charges upon arrival. These charges will usually be collected by your local mail carrier.

Sales tax/VAT for international orders


VAT is charged at 20% on all UK orders. That means UK customers will be charged the “inc VAT” price. 


No sales tax is added to international orders – you pay the "excluding sales tax" price – but be aware that you may be charged import duty or other taxes on arrival.


In either case, the final price you will pay, together with tax and shipping costs, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.



Returns policy 


We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you want to return something you have purchased from us, we will provide a full refund.


To receive a full refund, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must contain all of the original packaging and be in “as new” and re-sellable condition. You are responsible for returning your purchase to us, and the refund does not include postage costs.
