Shipping policy

Once we have received your order, we will endeavour to ship your pedal out to you as soon as possible. Orders received before 1pm GMT will generally ship the same day. Orders received after 1pm will ship on the next working day. Our “working days” are Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs, duty and tariffs

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs may be subject to change. Your final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

If you are in the UK: Shipping is free (Royal Mail Tracked24 service).

In Europe: Shipping costs £22.00 via UPS Express. Please be aware that you will have to pay additional charges when the pedal arrives (usually sales tax charged at your local rate plus a handling fee). If you want to avoid these charges, we would suggest purchasing a pedal from one of our dealers within your country or the EU zone (please visit https://www.greateasternfx.com/dealers).

In the USA: Due to the tariff recently imposed by the US Government, it is necessary to pay an additional 10% duty on all orders prior to shipping. In order to keep costs down, we ship to the US via Royal Mail instead of UPS – a slower but more cost-effective service. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £35 for orders under £240 and £45 for orders over £240. This includes the 10% tariff fee so there should be no additional fees to pay on arrival.

In Canada: Shipping costs £35.00 via UPS Express. Please be aware that you will have to pay additional charges when the pedal arrives (usually sales tax charged at your local rate plus a handling fee). If you want to avoid these charges, we would suggest purchase a pedal from one of our dealers in Canada (please visit https://www.greateasternfx.com/dealers).

Australia/New Zealand: Shipping costs £35.00 via UPS Express. Please be aware that you will have to pay additional charges when the pedal arrives (usually sales tax charged at your local rate plus a handling fee). If you want to avoid these charges, we would suggest purchase a pedal from one of our dealers in Aus/NZ (please visit https://www.greateasternfx.com/dealers).

Rest of the world: Shipping costs £35.00 via UPS Express. Please be aware that you will have to pay additional charges when the pedal arrives (usually sales tax charged at your local rate plus any applicable duty and handling fees).

Sales tax/VAT for international orders

VAT is charged at 20% on all UK orders.

No sales tax is added to international orders, but please be aware that you may be charged import duty or other taxes on arrival.
