Refund policy

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you want to return something you have purchased from us, we will provide a full refund.

To receive a full refund, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must contain all of the original packaging and be in “as new” and re-sellable condition. You are responsible for returning your purchase to us, and the refund does not include postage costs. 

If you purchased your pedal from a dealer, please refer to their returns policy and contact them directly.

How to return an item

Please get in touch with us via email at info@greateasternfx.com or using the contact form.

You should include your name, address and details of the item you want to return. We will then provide instructions for returning your item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
